• No location data stored: the App may access your device's GPS to display your position on the in-game map during active play. This data is used locally on your device only and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
• No usage analytics: the App functions at the device level and does not require an internet connection to play (only to download). We do not collect behavioural, analytics, or telemetry data.
• No tracking: we do not use advertising identifiers, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.

3. Anonymous Nature of Use

Because the App does not require registration or login, your use of the App is essentially anonymous. The only link between your identity and the App is the purchase record held by Apple or Google on your behalf, governed by their respective privacy policies.

Game progress is saved locally on your device. If you uninstall the App or change device, your progress may be lost, as it is not synced to any external server.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Access to the game is unlocked via a weekly subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All billing, payment processing, refund handling, and subscription management are governed by the terms and privacy policies of the respective platform.

The App requests access to your device's location solely to show your current position on the in-game map. Location access is only active while the App is in use.
